Mick Jagger reveals his fitness secrets

Always nice to stretch the legs: Mick Jagger takes ballet lessons in order to train his sense of balance.

The man just can not leave it, even with almost 70 more like a 30-year-old to twirl across the stage. Mick Jagger-like rock Grandpa do it? It's simple: He considers himself a sophisticated fitness program in good shape.
Mick is currently rocking (will on July 26, 70) with the Rolling Stones, the United States. Over the next three weeks, they want to play twice in London's Hyde Park. Other concerts on the 50th Anniversary band should be planned, also in Germany.

And at that age! Now aired Jagger the mystery of how he does it: The singer dances ballet. He takes instruction like a ballerina. This helps him to sharpen his sense of balance, he talked of. He also swears by yoga and Pilates exercises.
Fitness Diva Jagger. Beauty surgery for wrinkle rockers come not eligible to erase the traces of age. But in the face care, he seems to rely entirely on funding from the finest of ladies cosmetics.
He swears by the outrageously expensive moisturizer from "La Mer" (820 euros for 250 ml), used as "La Prairie" from caviar extracts (460 euros for 100 ml). To refresh he likes to wear a mask of "The Lift", otherwise the Madonna (54) and co use (around 100 euros per application).
Mick hates gray-pepper hair à la George Clooney (52). He is permanently stained and evenly, he lets his personal barber antanzen every two weeks at home.
And the food? Mick Jagger preferably organic, especially likes to eat avocados because they are said regenerative effect. He also drinks smoothies in the morning, takes many supplements vitamin mixtures for themselves, as well as plenty of ginseng and cod liver oil.
"Only Rock 'n' Roll" is not enough just to stay young forever. Except maybe Mick's fellow Rolling Stones Keith Richards (69) ...
