Fitbit Flex: Smart Fitness Armband for 99 euros. Fitbit with the Flex, the American fitness company Fitbit shows on the international sports fair ISPO in Munich a new bracelet that shares health information via radio with a smartphone app.
The bracelet can be the distance traveled, calories burned and allegedly even measure the quality of sleep, send the info to the Android or iPhone app and should thus animate thanks analysis tools for PC and Smartphone for more physical activity.
The Fitbit Flex will be available in stores in early May and then probably will cost 99 euros. The basic version of the smartphone apps available for free download, a personal trainer and further analysis provides the paid app version.
Supports Apple phones from the iPhone 4S, the iPad 3, iPod touch and Samsung's Galaxy S3 and Note 2 (mas)
